La CrossFit® Home Office announced the launch of the Zip Code: CrossFit® Affiliate Programming. This initiative will provide a program and lesson plan and the development of the training for affiliates through written materials, graphic materials and more than 60 video lessons per month.
With these innovations, the affiliate box will be able to take advantage of one programming created 100% by the company. Obviously this will not take away or diminish the work done so far by the coaches, on the contrary, the goal is to increase and help further evolve their work in the box.

What is CrossFit® Affiliate Programming (CAP)?
The program was developed by the legendary trio consisting of Austin Malleolo, James Hobart and Spencer Hendel.
The three of them have a lot of experience in the industry: they have been responsible for accrediting over The company's 20.000 coaches attended 24 CrossFit® Games and led five gyms.

The CAP is not a mandatory requirement, but an aid
However, it is worth remembering that the zip code is an optional service for all affiliates. Of course, coaches can continue to create their own programming or acquire WODs from other sources.
This project was created as help and not as a need of the brand:

Since the CAP is only available to CrossFit® affiliates, it will help promote the continuous improvement of training quality in CrossFit® gyms and act as a significant differentiator for prospective members from non-CrossFit® facilities. " said Austin Malleolo, one of the developers of the CAP.
To accelerate the launch of the training program, CrossFit® Inc has acquired and integrated the assets of HAM Plan, founded by Malleolo, Hobart, Hendel and MIT Wunderkind / L3 trainer Travis Herbanek.
