On December 14th, Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata hosted the KaizenGames 2024, an event that featured athletes from the beginner and intermediate categories. The competition took place at the Tennis club, offering a day dedicated to sport, passion and the desire to test yourself.
The inclusive formula was one of the distinctive features of the event: 5 guaranteed workouts for all members, without cuts or endings. This approach allowed each participant to face each challenge with determination, living a complete and satisfying experience, regardless of the final placement.

Conclusions: An Edition Rich in Ideas
I KaizenGames 2024 they represented a great opportunity to celebrate fitness among beginners and intermediates, offering them an opportunity to challenge themselves and improve. Like every event, there were difficulties, but these are opportunities to grow and do even better in the next editions.
A special thanks goes to Alexander Sorgi for inviting us as media partners and to all the staff and volunteers who worked with passion. We are certain that with a few small adjustments, the Kaizen Games will continue to grow and leave its mark on the panorama of fitness competitions.
