I cookies - and in general the various baked products - are viewed with distrust by crossfitters, due to their high sugar content and hydrogenated vegetable fats. However, some find it difficult to give up biscuits because they are “emotionally linked” to this food, since they are used to taking it for breakfast or as a snack since childhood.
The good news is that, like for pizza (which we discussed in our previous one article), even for cookies it is possible to resort to "do it yourself". For CrossMag readers we have in fact two recipes in store to prepare at home healthy biscuits with interesting nutritional characteristics.
