Lo last weekend (13-14 May), the Rugby Parabiago 1948 camp was the stage for one of the most exciting CrossFit® competitions of the year: the Hold Fast Competition Team Challenge.
Over 250 teams gathered to challenge each other with effort, determination and strength, in the hope of conquering the top step of the podium.
A competition that put a hard test the participants, thanks to a series of challenging wods, especially with the worm who had no mercy on even the most experienced athletes.
Many well-known names took part in this edition such as Elettra Sirotic (Games semifinalist), Gianmaria Bolognesi, Edoardo Talon, Augusto Gesso, Rachele Brambilla and Elisabetta Marchesini who gave a show on the Lombard floor.

An epic CrossFit® challenge
The Hold Fast Competition attracted an impressive number of participants from different parts of Italy, all ready to put themselves to the test in a series of challenges that tested every aspect of their fitness.
The athletes competed in different categories, divided by age and level of experience, guaranteeing a fair and challenging competition for all.
The wods were varied and involved a combination of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics and many other challenges requiring strength, endurance and agility.
Participants had to demonstrate their ability to tackle complex and technical moves, pushing their limits to the max to earn valuable points.

An atmosphere of competition and camaraderie
Despite the intense competition, the Hold Fast Competition also fostered camaraderie and mutual support.
The athletes cheered each other on, cheering each other on during practice and celebrating their progress and achievements.
This created a positive and inspiring atmosphere where athletes could feel part of a community united by a passion for CrossFit® and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Besides the competition
As promised by the organizers inpre-competition interview, the Hold Fast Competition she didn't just limit herself to CrossFit® trials.
Booths from fitness sponsors and suppliers were also present during the event, giving attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest in the industry and try out new products.
To top it all off: top-level physiotherapists (Le Scimmie, always at the top), strict but fair group of judges (PJ always a guarantee!), precise timeline, perfect organization and… as they have always maintained: all the necessary services to make feel good athletes.
The triumph of the victors
The teams that took first place in each category demonstrated a combination of exceptional skill, mental and physical endurance, outperforming all other competitors.
Each winner was applauded and celebrated for their outstanding performance and commitment over this enthralling two-day event.
