What is the World Fitness Project?
The World Fitness Project stands out for its unique approach. It is not just another competition, but a real circuit that combines classic elements of competitive fitness with innovations designed to broaden the audience of participating athletes.
One of the distinctive aspects of WFP is the system of Pro Cards, designed to ensure a consistently high level of competition, but with the opportunity for new talents to emerge through qualifications. This model seeks to balance opportunities between established and emerging athletes.
2025 Season Structure
WFP's inaugural season will be divided into three main stages:
- Tour Event 1: Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, May 9-11, 2025.
- Tour Event 2: Phoenix-Mesa, Arizona, USA, August 29-31, 2025.
- World Fitness Finals: Copenhagen, Denmark, 18-21 December 2025.
Each stage will offer a mix of show and competition, with workouts designed to test all of the athletes' abilities.
Before each live event, a Challenger Qualifier, a week-long online qualifier where participants will tackle three workouts to earn a spot alongside professional athletes.
This format allows for broad participation and offers a real opportunity to climb the rankings even for the lesser known.
Le World Fitness Trials, which will precede the finals, represent another novelty: a Month-long online qualification, divided into three phases, which will allow athletes from all over the world to compete for a place in the Finals.
This multi-level system ensures that the best talent emerges, making each event a unique experience for audiences and attendees.
The Role of Pro Cards
Le Pro Cards are a central element of the WFP. This is a system that gives elite status to 20 men and 20 women, selected among the best athletes in the world.
These athletes not only have a guaranteed access to the main events of the season, but they also receive contracts that ensure financial support, an often overlooked aspect in fitness competitions.
Among the holders of the Pro Cards for 2025 we find world-famous athletes such as Brooke Wells, Pat Vellner, Alex Gazan, Chandler Smith, haley adams e Gui Malheiros, demonstrating how attractive the project is already for the biggest names on the scene.

The other participants, called Challengers, compete to earn a Pro Card through high-level performances throughout the season.
Only the top 20 men and 20 women will earn a repeat appearance for the following year, making each competition crucial.
