Cold yogurt and fruit mousse

An ideal dessert for the summer season, because it is tasty and refreshing at the same time.
We need them as ingredients:

Put the yogurt, the protein powders, the salt and the cinnamon in a blender and proceed until completely amalgamated. Add the mango pieces and raspberries and blend until the fruits are completely broken down and incorporated with the yogurt. Before consuming, refrigerate for about fifteen minutes.

Banana protein cheesecake

Another dessert option that we offer is this delicious banana cheesecake. Seeing is believing!
To prepare it, get the following ingredients:

Take the eggs and divide the yolks from the whites (keep the yolks in a container to be able to use them later). Beat the egg whites. Mix the baking powder and whey protein (preferably vanilla flavoring). Mash the bananas in a bowl and then mix them with the lean ricotta, the egg yolks and the melted butter. If you have little time available and you don't want to deprive yourself of the flavor of a good cheesecake, this is the recipe for you. The necessary ingredients are:

Add all the ingredients in a mixer (except for the chocolate drops) and proceed until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Mix the drops of coccolata. Then use a spatula to put the mixture on a plate.
