Are you ready guys? The 2022 NOBULL CrossFit ® Games will start in 2 days with 40 elite individuals athletes who will compete in the Male and Female categories.
But this year they announced a small change: on the penultimate day of the competition (Saturday evening), 10 athletes will be cut off.
Only 30 athletes from each division will go to the final day, to compete for the title of Most Fittest on Earth.
As regards the team, on the other hand, the competition will start with 38 teams but only 20 of these will pass to the final day.
CrossFit® Competition Director Adrian Bozman explained in a video that there will be this CUT during the 2022 CrossFit® Games, after the final event on Saturday night, just before the final day of competition (Sunday 7th August).
Unfortunately ten athletes from each individual division and 18 teams will be directly eliminated. Here is the video where Bozman explains the cuts and other aspects of the Games program:

2022 NOBULL CrossFit ® Games schedule
Individuals and teams the Games will start on August 3rd. They will have the opportunity to rest on August 4th before continuing from 5 to 7 August.
This makes us think that probably the first day for the indivuals will be quite heavy, so as to give him 1 day of rest and then resume with the tests.
Instead, the Age Group and Adaptive divisions will begin competing on August 4 and the winners will be crowned on August 7.
The teams will be the last to finish, on Sunday 7 August, after the individuals' trials, for the first time ever.

The NOBULL CrossFit® Games 2022 will take place at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin from August 3 to 7, 2022.
