Blood group diet 0: what to eat

Blood group diet 0

The blood group 0 diet provides that subjects belonging to different blood groups respond differently to the same foods; these differences are the consequence of precise biological characteristics.

It is precisely in the blood groups that we find the specific adaptability, of the digestive and immune systems, which made the life of our ancestors possible.

This type of diet divides foods into 3 categories:

Group 0 is the one closest to hunter-gatherers and has a predilection for all those foods that are offered to us by nature without any human intervention: meat, fish, fruit and vegetables!

Let's see some food tips for this blood group together:

FOODS ALLOWED IN THE BLOOD GROUP DIET 0

STEAKHOUSES

Red meat should not be combined with cereals or dairy products, but only with vegetables or fruit. It is the main food in the diet and can be eaten raw or cooked and with every meal, breakfast included!

FISH AND MOLLUSCS

It would be best to avoid canned, fried and smoked fish. As for meat, it is better to avoid the combination with dairy products.

MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

Better to always avoid them; the only neutrals are feta, goat cheese, cow mozzarella and buffalo mozzarella.

EGGS

They are positive and there are no weekly quantity limits!

OILS AND FATS

Always better to eat them raw, seasoning the dishes already cooked.

SEEDS AND DRIED FRUITS

Preferable to avoid them during the summer and never combine them with dairy products.

LEGUMES

Combine them only with meat, fish, eggs and vegetables.

CEREALS

Better to avoid them at dinner, but in general for the blood type 0 the diet will always be low carb, if not downright ketogenic.

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

The blood type 0 diet is very similar to a paleo diet, but more flexible.

The positive foods for this group are mainly low glycemic index foods and bring a good sense of satiety and a good micronutrient content.
