Le ferie they are that time of year that nobody can give up on. We dreamed these days and now that August has arrived and let's face it:

Who doesn't want to escape the city and be by the sea? Or to enjoy the fresh, clean mountain air?

The options all'sign of relaxation they are a lot! But what is unique to all of us crossfitters is the passion for the box!

You can't think of vacationing without evaluating some nearby CrossFit®; there are those who even choose the destination knowing that there is that cool box, it's not true?

We know this well, because we ourselves are fanatics! And that's why today I'm going to tell you about the perfect boxes for this summer!

In the fabulous island of Favignana this beautiful coach's box was born in Sicily Joseph Gianno.

Inside a beautiful Resort, this place offers everything you want for your holidays: crystal clear sea, outdoor workouts and comfortable accommodations to enjoy a complete holiday surrounded by nature.

This box is great Games athlete Bernard Luzi, located in the homonymous city in the Marche.

With an external area of 160mq super equipped (yoke and sled included, wow!) you will be enchanted by the sympathy, availability and very high preparation of all the guys who work there!

Impossible not to drop in and breathe the air of family and passion for sport in this fabulous place!

Are you a crossfitter on vacation in Adriatic coast? Then you can't miss this box: CrossFit® Cesenatico dei coach Jacopo and Giada.

We speak of an external area of 120mq super equipped, covered by a tent structure: this allows students to train even in the hottest hours, remaining in the shade and even on rainy days.

Box of the legendary Tuscan athlete Antea Longo, this year the boys have joined the municipality project in the creation of training sessions for children aged 6 to 12 in the parks of Grosseto.

For adults, however, the box has an outdoor area that can be used if you want to train outdoors!
