CrossFit® Games 2020 starts this week - here are all the details

CrossFit® Games 2020

You counted the months right? The days? The hours? The minutes? Anyway, here we are! Only 2 days to go until the 2020 CrossFit® Games!

Postponed several times due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the first phase of the event has been confirmed for September 18th (this Friday) and will be totally online. The second phase, from 19 October, will be performed at the Ranch, in Aromas, California, USA.

As promised, we of CrossMag we reveal all the details:

HOW CROSSFIT® GAMES 2020 WILL BE CARRIED OUT

ATTREZZATURA NECESSARIA

The list of equipment needed for the online phase will be:

Barbell 35lb. / 45lb., Clip, pull up bar, squat rack, GHD machine, rope, wall for HSPU and row Concept2.

Other details: You will need a bathroom scale, tape measure and timer.

TEST TIMES

17 September, 15.30 pm (00:30 am Italian time): special coverage for the opening of the event

September 18, 12.00 (21:00 pm Italian time): First race

18 September at 18.00 (03:00 am Italian time): Second race

19 September at 12.00 (21:00 pm Italian time): third race

September 19th at 15.00 pm (00:00 am Italian time): fourth race
