Is CrossFit® suitable for everyone?

Yup.

Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same workout!

Do you need to be fit to start CrossFit®?

No.

CrossFit® is the program that will get you fit. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start practicing CrossFit® with confidence.

As you get fitter, your workouts will get more challenging. Each workout is designed to help you succeed, improve your fitness and help you reach your goals.

Is the WOD enough? Should I do more?

Il WOD it is a starting point and each person will have to experiment to determine what "enough" means.

Experienced athletes with specific competition goals may need extra work to improve their fitness, while beginners may need to reduce the WOD volume to optimize results.

The exact amount of work can be determined with the help of an experienced trainer at a CrossFit® affiliated box or by carefully recording workouts and evaluating the results.

The demands of sport and active life affect how much you can do in each WOD and you need to balance work / rest cycles to allow for recovery.
