CrossFit ® Open 2024: Revealed on 24.1/XNUMX

The wait is officially over. The CrossFit® community around the world has been holding their breath and finally, at 21pm tonight, the announcement everyone was waiting for has arrived: WOD 00 of the 24.1 CrossFit ® Open has been revealed.

In an event broadcast in live on the CrossFit® Games YouTube channel, we witnessed an epic battle between four of the games' greatest athletes: Alex Gazan and Alexis Raptis, the fifth and sixth fittest women of 2023, respectively, along with Brent Fikowski, the fourth fittest man on the planet, and Jeff Adler, the current fittest man on Earth.

These exceptional competitors not only threw themselves into the first workout of the #24point1 Open, but they also tackled bonus challenges, competing for the prestigious Rogue Fitness Golden Barbell (won by Adler, in the end!).

Yes, you know by now: the CrossFit® Games are the pinnacle of determining the fittest man and woman on the planet, an event that has earned global fame as the ultimate test of fitness.

Since their inception in 2007, fans from every corner of the globe have participated in this competition, following it through online streaming, broadcasts on ESPN, CBS, and a variety of international platforms.

And now, the moment everyone has been waiting for: here is WOD 24.1
