1) Hi guys, in the meantime, thanks for the interview. Tell us what it is Judge Rules and when were you born?
Judge Rules is an IT platform that, thanks to its versatility, simplifies the life of event organizers. It was born in 2017 from the request to create a management software for the Pietrasanta Beach Th.
2) Who are the faces behind the brand?
Behind the brand are Luca Bernacchi, Computer Scientist and Programmer, Ercolini Nicola and Iacopo di Ronza Coach and Owner of Crossfit Pietrasanta.
3) Is your service nationwide only? Or even abroad?
We are currently happy to say that we manage almost all of the Italian events, but we are working to export our service to Europe. This is our goal for 2021!
4) What are the advantages for a Box Owner to use your services for their box events?
Anyone who has organized an event knows very well the difficulties encountered in managing registrations, checking payments, organizing race packages and last but not least, drawing up the ranking. JR makes it easy!
Thanks to the management admin, the owner can organize the Christmas box race or a national event taking little time away from his first job, that is as an instructor, always having everything under control.
In addition, we focus a lot on assistance at the event.
5) Thanks to your portal you can manage On Line events such as kick its ass, also supported by us; What is it that makes it all so simple?
We were able to computerize every single step necessary for the realization of events, this allowed us to have a dynamic portal, which adapts to every single need and idea.
Several races, which were unable to carry out the live phase, due to the historical period we are experiencing, have opted for this solution. Kick Its Ass was a project that we hope will be repeated over the next few years.
7) Why should anyone choose Judge Rules to organize an event?
We have reached a level and a set of solutions that allow us today to manage any idea of the organizers. It has been a work of years, of ideas and solutions that have been asked of us and that we have tried to answer.
Nonetheless, we always try to offer our experience, gained over the years as well as assistance that can truly be defined as 24/7.
The organizers are never left alone but are guided and helped in every single step, up to the day of the live.
8) Can you tell us what it means to organize and manage a live event in this far from simple period?
In this period, managing the organization is even more complicated, as the rigid anticovid protocols make everything more complex! We have to evaluate the organization of spaces and logistics, the sanitization of materials, make the time lines with longer rest times between the heats… in short, it is not easy!
Not to mention the organizers' responsibilities. But in Italy we want to do and we do not give up and therefore we have already witnessed excellent events, even in the last weekends!
10) There are also other important races that believe in you, such as the Fall Series, Pietrasanta, Southern Warriors and Crossleague. It is an important goal….
We are very proud of the competitions we manage, each race is a new goal!
Some need no introduction, they are great challenges we like to face. Others were born with us and today boast numbers from major national events. It's nice to see the organizers renew their faith in us year after year.
But we always like to remember that the commitment we put into event management is the same both for the race inside the garage and for the race at national level.
11) Are there any news or other projects coming up?
JR is always in constant evolution, we don't have time to complete a new project that we already have in mind other news.
We want to continue to improve, to propose new solutions. Innovation is our watchword, we like to listen to everyone's advice and try to put the proposed ideas into practice!
