Granite Games and Fittest in Cape Town: who are the champions of these Semifinals?

Others have just concluded two semifinals, therefore we have others 6 candidates who will go straight to the most famous CrossFit® competition in the world: i NoBull CrossFit® Games in August.

As already mentioned, it is last weekend (June 4-6) two races were held: the Granite Games, in the United States, which he appointed 5 athletes that go straight into the final and the Fit test in Cape Town, In Africa, which he appointed only one athlete per category, as per regulation.

After these two competitions, we will have only one other race in attendance, again in the United States: the West Coast Classic, which will take place from 18 to 20 June.

The other events will all be online!

But back to the events of this weekend: according to many, the fact that there are more places at the Granite Games does not mean that the competition is less fierce, quite the contrary!

All the athletes entered the arena with the courage and desire to finish in the top five and be able to join the list of top 20 North American athletes.

The same happened to the Fit test in Cape Town; as there was only one seat, the athletes really gave their all in the arena.

But now let's find out the samples of these editions!
