Mat Fraser publishes his HWPO training schedule

As soon as announced your retirement, Mat Fraser, he said he would create un Youtube channel to show his routine daily training with his wife Sammy Moniz.

After all, even away from the CrossFit® Games, the five-time champion said he would continue to train and teach what he has learned so far.

Well, a few weeks after the announcement of his retirement, the American athlete he has already turned into a star of the web. In less than a month he already has over 148 thousand subscribers

FRASER'S YOUTUBE CHANNEL

Fraser posted a total of five videos on his channel, four of which are part of his training program, Hard Work Pays Off (HWPO).

In fact, this phrase was said by the American throughout his racing career. The initial idea is to make himself known in order, in the future, to be able to sell his training and programming plans for those who want to reach the level of the greatest athlete of all time.

In all, 12 weeks of workout will be recorded that can be followed on his channel, but he thinks it won't be easy! In an Instagram post rehearsing one of the workouts, Mat joked:

"Testing the exercises from the HWPO training program and begging the clock to tick a little faster."

In addition to testing the workouts and performing them in front of the camera, the channel shows a more human and less athlete Mat Fraser, with lots of jokes and laughter, together with his wife, in their daily life.

Fraser also highlighted some points, like his own experience with BOM, a program of mobility, used by him during competitions and much more ...

When will the full HWPO workouts be released?

According to the athlete, training plans will be officially released only in April, but they may already be purchased in advance, already available.

It is a great opportunity for those who have like goal to become a CrossFit® athlete at a competitive level or those who aim to compete, at least once in their life, at the CrossFit® Games 😛

The first workouts will begin arrive later the Open 2021 and they can be a valid help to train for next year's Open, right?
