As you already know, videos can be sent until the Monday following the announcement of the wod. So until the release of the next WOD the ranking is very unstable.

Il 21.1 was a extremely inclusive training and that practically everyone could perform. It was enough have a rope, a wall and a space available and the game was done.
This is one characteristic of these Open 2021, which gave everyone the opportunity to participate. With this they have seen a lot of new names and little-known people in the top positions of the rankings after this first week.
However, this scenario will tend to change over the weeks. This year there will be only 3 workouts, so obviously there is not much room for innovation.
