With a post on his Instagram account, Rich froning jr (4 times individual Games champion and 4 times teams champion) announced that will not stand still and watch the next Games, indeed; he ne will organize his own, only for the teams.
After the announcement of Dave Castro on changes and cuts in categories, many athletes have seen their dream of competing in a race of these levels broken. Rich Froning, however, has decided to raise everyone's spirits by launching this novelty!
What is known for now is only the name: Mayheem Madness, the position, or the box Crossfit Mayheem, which will take place in August and that all 9 teams which had been qualified for the CrossFit® Games are already automatically classified. In addition to these, three other teams with one will be selected Online Qualifier.
More no detail on the date or on come will be the online qualification process. However, given that it is likely to take place in August, it may cause some conflict with the Reebok CrossFit® Games 2020.
