A few days before the start of last weekend's three Semifinals, the two training sessions of the CrossFit® semifinals for individuals and teams, which will be present in every race, worldwide, were revealed.

CrossFit® Workouts Semifinals
Individual Workout 1
2014 Regional Event 5
10 rounds for time:
- 1 legless rope climb - 15 feet
- Run 170 feet
Time cap: 11 minutes
Individual Workout 2
Barbell complex
3 attempts for max load of:
- 3 cleans
- 2 front squats
- 1 jerk (shoulder-to-overhead)
Team Workout 1
Thrusters + Legless Rope Climbs
For time, starting with the female couple:
- 40 thrusters, 95lb
- 6 legless rope climbs
- 30 thrusters, 95lb
- 4 legless rope climbs
- 20 thrusters, 95lbs
- 2 legless rope climbs
Immediately followed by the male couple (thrusters at 135 lbs)
Time cap: 20 minutes
Team Workout 2

As previously announced, these two CrossFit® semifinal workouts will feature in every competition for Individuals and teams.
“All of this will increase consistency and support cross-competition comparisons in the semi-finals,” CrossFit® previously said.
Dates of the CrossFit® semifinals
There are 10 semi-final events spread around the world: four in North America, two in Europe and one in Africa, South America, Oceania and Asia. Unlike last year, this time all the semi-finals are in person.
The remaining scheduled workouts will be released by the event partners "within one week before the competition starts," CrossFit® reiterated.

The Last-Chance Qualifier is an online competition that will run from 29 June to 1 July. The Games will take place August 3-7 in Madison, Wisconsin, United States.
