Finally the moment of truth will come: Saturday June 29 it will be time to Spartan European Championship. The Italian mountains protagonists return to the Spartan highly anticipated event. The sapping but wonderful competition will kick off in Location Pezzè SNC plans, to Alleghe (BL), in the evocative setting of the The Dolomites.
For someone it will be an opportunity to pursue a fundamental segment to enter the Trifecta Tribe, for others it will be the decisive test bench of the season, for others it will be the test to pass to the next level. The groupings Open, Age Group ed Elite guarantee the right competition in this path of at least 21 km e 30 obstacles to overcome ("Beast" format). Obviously all surprising: athletes will find out what they will have to face between rough and slippery terrain, treacherous waterways and natural obstacles, only when they find themselves in front of it. The show will also continue on Sunday with team competitions.
The rules are very simple: the batteries will start every 15 minutes, the race must be completed as quickly as possible and all obstacles must be overcome. Whoever fails to overcome an obstacle pays a penalty of 30 Burpees for obstacle not passed. Fight to get to the finish line then open and let the best win Spartan!
