Summer Sweat Party 2019: the event and the WODs

Final preparations in sight for theUpside CrossFit that next week will host the Summer Sweat Party a Urgnano (BG) in an event inspired by teams and with great participation. In fact, 42 the men's / men's teams and 30 those women / women who will participate in the competition - specifically dedicated to teamwork - and will compete on 4 WOD guaranteed for everyone.

 

The Bergamo appointment promises a nice parterre: couples will compete in two categories OPEN e Scaled, divided according to the ranking at the end of the first 2 WOD and they will then give everything for the final rush. Speaking of WOD, here are the first two tests (the only ones announced to date) to which the participants will be subjected:

 

WOD 1 - The Gate

In 7 minutes

15-12-9 reps of: Front squats (45/30) + Synchro bar facing burpees

9-12-15 reps of: Shoulder to Over Head (45 / 30) + Synchro med ball sit-ups

 

WOD 2 - Wild Ride

In 7 minutes

Cash in: A + B

30 / 25 Cal by Assault Bike
