Many people when they follow one diet they don't mind how many toppings they use for their dishes (what's a little bit of extra sauce?)

You can make this sauce at home to avoid all these unpleasant dangerous ingredients; you just need fresh tomato sauce, onion, olive oil, vinegar and spices to taste.

Commercial cheese-based sauces, used to dress salads, meat dishes, French fries, etc., are rich in thickeners, dyes and monosodium glutamate, a flavor enhancer.

Regular consumption of monosodium glutamate can lead to: obesity, headache, fatigue, disorientation, rapid heart rate.

Sour cream

Just like mayonnaise, the commercial sour cream it can be a greedy addition to some dishes, but it is full of preservatives and thickeners.

You could try to create it at home with the culture of lacto-fermentation and starting from a fresh and organic cream, or you can replace it with some low-fat Greek yogurt.
