Saxon Panchik's incredible transformation and 7 of his best workouts

Be brothers of a colossus of the world CrossFit® is never easy; the comparison immediately takes place and you live almost in the shadow of your famous brother.

Big mistake, especially in the Panchik family. Let's talk about Saxon, certainly not a CrossFit® rookie, who has already participated in 4 Games, with a recent fifth place as best career result.

This year he qualified later having won the semifinals of the Granite Games, beating strong athletes like Chandler Smith and Tim Paulson.

Currently 25 years old owns the Cliffside CrossFit box along with his twin brother Spencer and became the father of twins at the beginning of the year.

Saxon Panchik's transformation over the years

Saxon Panchik started CrossFit® at age 12 as a way to recovering from a serious accident hiking, which he and his twin brother Spencer underwent; indeed, the boys fell from a 22 meter high cliff when they were small.

The two had played soccer until then, but doctors specified that contact sports were not a viable option to continue, as any head trauma could be fatal.

"Once Spencer and I found out that CrossFit was something we could actually compete in, we were fascinated by it."Panchik said in a 2019 interview.

Saxon did his first appearance at the CrossFit® Games in 2018, where he finished 19th. He has since returned to the world race every year, finishing 9th, 21st and 5th respectively.
