The best fitness recipes for breakfast

A well balanced breakfast represents a great way to start the day well. This is why it is important that it provides the right amount of macro nutrients (carb – fat – protein) to micro nutrients (vitamins and minerals). Today we present three breakfast recipes that meet the above requirements and at the same time are characterized by their unique flavor. Follow us in reading.

Protein crepe with apples and cinnamon

The crepe is a quick recipe and is therefore ideal if, in the morning, we have limited time to prepare breakfast. We need them as ingredients:

In a bowl, add the flour to the eggs, diluting everything with the milk (also the vegetable, if you prefer). Mix well to avoid the formation of lumps. In a non-stick pan, melt some butter and add the apple that you have previously peeled and cut into thin slices. Let the apple slices brown for a few minutes on each side and then add the mixture so that it evenly covers the bottom. Cover the pan with a lid. When the crepe is almost ready, add a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Avocado toast

It is a tasty and quick recipe to prepare, indicated for those who prefer savory breakfasts instead of sweet ones. Get the following ingredients:

Cook the fried egg (or in other ways) and heat the two slices of wholemeal toast. Once you're done, spread the ripe avocado on the toast with a fork and add the egg. To complete, add a pinch of salt and sprinkle the dish with linseed or sesame seeds (previously ground with a mortar and pestle). Enjoy your meal.

Budwig cream

The last recipe that we present is the famous Budwig cream, originally proposed by the Russian Dr. Kousmine. Among the three recipes proposed in this article it is certainly the most elaborate and long to prepare (although, once you have done a little practice you will go much faster). It is present in some variants. This is the one we prefer:

Finely grind the oil seeds and cereals with a mortar and pestle (or coffee grinder). Cut the banana into pieces, place it in a bowl and pour the lemon juice over it. Add the cereals, oilseeds and fruit to the yogurt, mixing everything well. Dr. Kousmine advised to consume Budwig cream immediately, without putting it back in the refrigerator in order not to lose its many properties.
