The Last Chance Qualifier 2022 begins: all the details and workouts

This Monday the 4 workouts for the Last Chance Qualifier 2022, the last chance for elite athletes to qualify for the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games.

But since not everyone has understood what the so-called LCQ is, let's review the main info:

Who will participate? The 3 men and women who placed themselves immediately after the classified in each semifinal.

What will the format be? Online. Athletes must register, publish the result and submit their videos.

How does it work? As with last year, athletes will have a 24 hour window between today and tomorrow to submit the results of workouts 1 and 2 and then another 24 hours to submit workouts 3 and 4.

How many seats are there for the Games? There are two other places for men and two for women.

What famous names will we see in the competition? For women Katrin Davidsdottir, Sara Sigmundsdottir and Jammie Simmonds, for example.

For men Jonne Koski, Tim Paulson, Royce Dunne and Agustin Richelme.
