The Posturologist speaks: is Crossfit® good for you?

the posturologist speaks

Il CrossFit® is it for everyone? And back pain? And the posture?
Because it is said that training muscles, posture training? Can Crossfit® be done with back pain? But above all is it a sport for everyone ??

First of all, let's define the term stance: is nothing but the more correct position of our body in space to implement all the functions looking for the least energy expenditure both in the dynamic and in the static phase. Then if we work on the muscles, These ones they will develop correctly improving posture.
Just in Crossfit®, the part of weightlifting, causes the athlete to use virtual guides which allow you to lift loads with a correct posture, while instead in the free body the basic posture scheme is implemented, ie the use of the center of gravity, which makes any type of movement linear.

Il CrossFit® it is one of the few sports that the strong physical part works with the physical postural part, because almost all the exercises are carried out in the frontal phase, creating an almost perfect balance between the right and left sides both in terms of force, both in terms of volume.

Returning to the initial title, we answer the question: is a sport for everyone ?? La answer is clear, YES !! because first of all we start from the assumption that a sport that chains training after training, aggregation, sharing and above all the mythical WOD, or the workout of the day, which directly involves the neophyte or the competitive athlete.

I am a set of functional movements with related schemes, ad high intensity and especially, very variable as typology of exercises. This set of three variables "Forges" the athlete's resistance, the stamina, force, flexibility, power, speed and balance. Obviously for both the neophyte and the agonist will be identified exercise protocols, which however will have a different load according to their own abilities and needs ..

Is it for those with back pain? Of course we assume that there is evil and evil and the there are many causes obviously (and here we come back to the point related to posture), but the result is sometimes simply linked to the difficulties in executing the movements.

Sure who has an acute back pain problem and for those who have chronic, the sports phase must be suspended to not aggravate symptoms, but for those who suffer from back pain sometimes, after having obviously found the cause, it is absolutely necessary to favor a reconditioning of the subject and its vertebral column trying as much as possible to stabilize the muscles that wrap around the back and buttocks and give a good elasticity working on the ROM ie joint mobility.

In conclusion Crossfit® is the panacea for the back, especially for those approaching the sport, e if you are well followed you find a balance which travels in parallel between muscle strength and muscle development, preventing damage to our spine as much as possible.
