Essential element of every box, a must-have piece, an essential component. We are talking about the blackboard on which the results of the WOD to be completed during the training session are marked. Whether magnetic or chalk, there is no box that does not have one.

Only usable on Android operating systems, Rogan Software Workout Tracker is a free app that helps monitor the athlete's progress, keeping track of old and new WODs. It allows you to browse through the past training sessions through one search bar with filters, and includes graphics and a training calendar. Also within the application they are already present all major reference WODs of the CrossFIT, but it is also possible add custom workouts.

SugarWOD

SugarWOD, Flatirons Software app, was designed for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, but also for the Android operating systems.
