HERO WOD

Hero WODs are workouts well known to all CrossFitters.

From the very beginning of the sport, special and difficult WODs have been named after heroes who have died in service.

They can be soldiers, firefighters or police officers, for example. Unfortunately, a new Hero Wod is added from time to time.

These workouts are heavier than average, and the goal is to celebrate the fallen hero as you train, sweat and work hard… it's a real tribute!
