Crossfit never gets bored
His "specialty" is precisely non-specialization. Crossfit avoids the routine and offers a different WOD (workout of the day) every day, with the aim of achieving high competence and improving the 10 physical abilities: Cardiovascular / respiratory endurance, Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Precision.
Suitable for everyone and for all needs
Crossfit is a democratic sport. The athlete, the sedentary person, the trained subject, the elderly, the child, everyone can practice Crossfit - obviously in the right dose, based on age. Intensity and load vary, the exercises and their execution remain the same.
We do not use machines
Machines are the muscles of those who train. However, we use barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rings, ropes, bumpers and all that is needed to perform an optimal physical exercise, alternating gymnastics, weightlifting and single-structural exercises, known as "cardio". To work at its best you will work on the execution technique, which our coaches will be able to teach better.
