- 80 grams of wholemeal flour or oatmeal
- 3 medium egg whites (about 130 ml)

- 2 spoons of tomato sauce

Preparation of the protein pizza
In una ciotola abbastanza capiente versate la farina, il lievito di birra e lo scoop di proteine del siero del milk. Amalgamate bene le polveri con un mestolo. Successivamente aggiungete gli albumi ed un pizzico di sale. Mescolate con decisione (se volete velocizzare, potete impiegare anche un robot da cucina) fino a quando non ci saranno più grumi nell’impasto.
