Hear, hear, friends: CrossFit® has recently the 4 Team wods for i have been revealed Quarterfinals 2024, marking a pivotal moment for teams aspiring to compete on the global stage.
These workouts were created forr put to the test and test test the force, coordination and team harmony, offering a variety of challenges that require both individual and team skills.
How to we had already mentioned the day before yesterday, among the competing teams, there are 4 teams representing Italy and everyone wants to win the invitation to the next stage: the Semifinals!

Quarterfinals team: all wods
The workouts include a series of exercises ranging from movements synchronized with exercises in alternating pairs, requiring skills in various disciplines of CrossFit®.
Athletes will face tests that include (but are not limited to) lateral burpees, squats, muscle ups, and more, with specific requirements that vary based on gender.
Let's see them in detail:
Word 1
M / F Pairs
Alternating pairs every 2 minutes, complete 5 rounds of:
10 synchro lateral burpees over the bar
10 synchro front squats (56/84 kg)
Max ring muscle-ups
Word 2
50-30-20 reps for time of:
Alternating dumbbell snatches [all teammates synchronized] (22.5/32 kg)
Toes-to-bars (pairs synchronized)
Time cap: 20 minutes
Word 3
MM/FF pairs
For time, Pair 1 (MM) followed by Pair 2 (FF):
500-meter row
50 handstand push-ups (1 station, switch as needed)
50 synchro wall-ball shots
Then, Pair 1 followed by Pair 2:
50 synchro wall-ball shots
50 handstand push-ups (1 station, switch as needed)
500-meter row
Wall ball weight: 6/9 kg
Time cap: 25 minutes
Word 4
FF/MM pairs
As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
30 deadlifts (FF)
30 deadlifts (MM)
30 shoulders-to-overheads (FF)
30 shoulders-to-overheads (MM)
Barbell weight:
- deadlifts : 93 / 142 kg
- Shoulder-to-overheads : 54 / 84 kg
The results of the training sessions must be published in these two time windows:
- Wod 1 and wod 2 by Saturday, April 6th at 17pm PDT.
- Wod 3 and wod 4 by Monday, April 8th at 17pm PDT.
In short, these workouts were designed to push teams to their limits, highlighting the importance of teamwork and physical preparation. With the Italian teams competing, there is great anticipation to see which ones will stand out and advance to the next stage of the competition.
