HOW CROSSFIT® GAMES 2020 WILL BE CARRIED OUT
- The 30 best athletes of each category (male and female) will participate, for two days, in a phase of online qualifier, in their boxes. The contestants were selected through the Open and Sanctions;
- Each athlete will be sent a judge, chosen by CrossFit®, who will have the task of evaluating the competitor, checking and inspecting the equipment and verifying the distances;
- WODs will only be released 48 hours before;
- Competitors will compete alone, without fans or spectators and the scores will be announced immediately after the end of each race;
- The athletes were asked via video call if they had access to a track of about 400 meters. So it is assumed that in this first phase there is the stroke, using spacer rollers. The judge will have to measure and confirm a "round trip";
ATTREZZATURA NECESSARIA
The list of equipment needed for the online phase will be:
Barbell 35lb. / 45lb., Clip, pull up bar, squat rack, GHD machine, rope, wall for HSPU and row Concept2.
