Age Group & Adaptive: all wod for these CrossFit ® Games 2023!

Here we go guys: -1 at the 2023 CrossFit ® Games, which will take place [probably for the last time] in Madison, Wisconsin (USA).

In a few hours, dozens of athletes from the Adaptive, Teen and Masters categories will take to the North Park field to kick off the 2023 CrossFit ® Games.

  • 1-rep-max snatch
  • 1-rep-max clean and jerk

2: Farmers field

Time cap 18' – For time :

  • 84-foot farmers carry to Pigs
  • 21 burpee pig jump overs
  • Farmers carry around 3 dummies
  • 50 wall-ball shots
  • 50-calorie row
  • 50 wall-ball shots
  • Farmers carry around 3 dummies
  • 21 burpee pig jump overs
  • 84-foot farmers carry

Athletes will have to do test 1 (olympic total), rest 1′, then immediately perform test 2 (Farmer's Chipper).

3 : Helen

Time cap: for ages 14-49 = 10′/ 50+ = 13′

  • 21 kettlebell swings
  • 12 pull-ups
