Let's continue with our biggest fun in these Open weeks: Leaderboarding.
Needless to remind you that the results can be presented until Monday after the announcement of the WOD, right? And that the coaches or box managers have until Wednesday to validate them.
For which only on Thursdays we have a notion of what it really is like the situation, even if most of the results are already visible on Monday. But we prefer to wait a few days to get the complete picture ...
It must also be said that the Overall ranking of elite athletes is constantly updated as CrossFit® always does detailed analysis of the videos and the results can change from moment to moment.

The 21point2
The 21.2 was a repetition of 17.1 and one thing that struck a lot is how the results improved in 2021 compared to 2017.
Not only are athletes more physically conditioned, but 17.1 was the first dumbbell training in the history of the Open. Athletes are now more experienced and work much more and better with DBs.
So let's get to the point and analyze the general classification after the two workouts (21.1 plus 21.2), giving the right emphasis to the specific performances in that 21.2.
TECHNIQUE
In the men's ranking we saw a new name pop up: Dakota Rager, a 29-year-old American athlete who finished first with an astonishing time of 08:48.
Immediately after the Russian Stas Solodov with a time of 08:52 and closing the podium Colten Mertens, with 09:04.
FEMALE
The women were also not outdone. The very young American athlete (only 17 years old!) Emma Cary finished the WOD in 08:51, immediately followed by the Games athlete Kristin Holte with a magnificent time of 08:58 and to close the podium the Canadian Carolyne Prevost with 09:02.
The overall standings
Now let's see the general rankings with the results of both WODs:
