What is a WOD Chipper
The WOD chipper is a specific type of workout of the day. It consists of four or more exercises to be performed in time and with one high number of rep.
The rule: you go to the next exercise only when you have completed all the repetitions of the previous one.
They are generally used lighter weights because the focus is on the intensity and speed of execution of the movements.
The name derives from the verb "to chip away", which means cut away. Chipper then because a little at a time you go to sketch the mountain of reps that has been entrusted to you.
