The Open would not be the Open without the thruster. This is a fact. And the last 22.3 workout was full of thrusters, our favorite skill, wasn't it?
Especially in combination with pull up, chest-to-bar e muscle up bars.
A Fran, but definitely worse!
Many of you have done it, some have loved it… others hated it! And there are those who even can't wait to do it again to improve themselves ...(are they crazy ?!).
As we had mentioned in the article of 22.1, there is an app called Beyond the White Board, which analyzes the data of thousands of people around the world and makes an estimate of how you position yourself based on the result.
Here are the ones from 22.3, so you can make a comparison!

We remind you that, for competitive athletes, the ideal is to finish in 1% of each category, even if in the first phase it is known that the 10% will go on, to the quarter-finals online.
This implies that to be in the top 1% men must close under 7'40 and women under 7'30.
But for us, mere mortals, that is, those who struggle to stay at least in the top 50% or in the top 25%, the main difference will be in proficiency in muscle up bars.
How you have to finish 22.3 to rank well in the RX category:
Women
To be among the top 1%: you have to close below 7'30
To be among the top 10%: you have to close below 11'25
To be in the top 25%: you need to do at least 166 reps
To be in the top 50%: you need to do at least 156 reps
Men
To be in the top 1, you have to finish below 7'40
To be among the top 10%: you have to close below 10'27
To be in the top 25%: you need to do at least 208 reps
To be in the top 50%: you need to do at least 164 reps
