Haley Adams is back! The American, that she was withdrew from last season to take care of her mental health, announced that in the 2024 season she will be one of the athletes competing to participate in the CrossFit® Games.
The news was announced by herself during her participation in the Mad for More podcast. In addition to revealing that she would be signing up for the Open, which begins in a few weeks, she Haley emphasized that he will go much further than simply participating and wants to win the place.
“I'm really excited to try again, and this time with a different mentality and, in a way, in a better place,” the American pointed out.

“I don't want to have any expectations on myself because I'm a perfectionist. I always want to do well in everything I do. So I have the will, I don't set expectations and I simply do my best. Honestly, I'll probably be happier and might even do better."

Haley Adams Biography
Haley Adams is born December 17, 2000 in Lexington, in North Carolina (USA) and comes from a large family. He completed his studies at a local high school and she has been interested in CrossFit® Games since childhood! While he was studying he still dedicated 2 hours a day to playing sports!
In fact, he always participated in school sports and At a young age he chose athletics, and then approached CrossFit®. He began his career in 2016 and made his debut at the CrossFit® Games.
Sports Career
In 2016, Haley made her CrossFit® Games debut in the category Teenage Girls 14 – 15, finishing 2nd overall.
Subsequently, she proved to be the fittest teen of the same year 2016, winning the open. In 2017 and 2018 she repeated her achievements, but in the teen 16-17 category.
In 2019 she made the leap in category, competing with the strongest women on the planet, achieving a 6th overall. Her best finish was a 4th place in the 2020 Games.
Haley has always been a Games athlete who gave the champions a run for their money in competitions, so her return will definitely be interesting!
