Final Master AFFI 2023 WOD
We would like to point out that the main objective of functional fitness is to improve the body's functional capabilities, such as force, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance, so that you can meet the challenges of everyday life optimally.
That's why the athletes were tested in 6 tests: endurance, strength, bodyweight, gymnastics, mixed and power.

Guys, according to us at CrossMAG, this AFFI 2023 Master Final has had a significant impact on the fitness community in Italy.
The event proved that age is not a limit when it comes to pursuing a healthy and active life. The athletes involved have inspired many people, proving that it is possible to achieve high levels of fitness at any age.
A live example of this is a personal challenge that Andrea di Salvatore (45+ master athlete, who will represent Italy at the 2023 Games) performed. He decided to do the latest test called POWER together with younger athletes to understand how he would position himself.
The result? The only ones to pass it were the first master 30 and the first master 35. Then he tied the score with the master 30 athlete Federico Ticenghi (and his coach!).
The moral? According to di Salvo is that it is not age that ages you, but it's the way of life… and we couldn't agree more!
