Brooke Ence in Wonder Woman
When he was training for the 2015 Games, Brooke got a call to star in the Wonder Woman movie after the film's director saw a picture of him on the web.

Brooke Ence's diet
Unlike many CrossFit® athletes, Brook is not inclined to the paleo diet. She tried and it didn't work for her. He also tried the Zone Diet and the Ketogenic Diet with no success.
Instead, use the macro counting method because it is more flexible and can adapt it to your routine and training program. She also keeps track of what she eats using an app on her phone that helps keep her out of the way.
